Sundeep Kochar becomes the first astrologer to speak at the House of Lords
Renowned astrologer and life coach Sundeep Kochar became the first astrologer ever to speak at the House of Lords on November 8. The event was ‘Sanch Foundation Global Awards’, organized by the famous Hinduja Group in London.
Among the eminent personalities from across the globe that attended the event were Kavita Krishnamurthy, Shailendra Singh, Suresh Wadekar and Atul Kochhar, along with several British MPs and Army officials.
Beginning with his speech, Sundeep Kochar, top astrologer in India thanked Mr Gopi Hinduja for inviting him to the event.
“It is an honor and privilege to be the first astrologer to speak at the House of Lords. I thank Sri Gopi Hinduja Ji for giving me this opportunity to address some of the most illustrious people in the world at the British Parliament,” he said.
Praising the Foundation for its exemplary social work, the ace astrologer said,
“Sanch Foundation has been doing an excellent job in the field of uplifting and developing the needy children and protecting natural resources. I am extremely proud to be associated with Sanch.”
The star astrologer also explained how the transition of planets has made this period a perfect one for charity and social work.
“On October 26th, Saturn has returned back to Sagittarius. During this time when Saturn was in retrogression in Scorpio, other important transits happened; Jupiter transited from Virgo to Libra and Rahu/Ketu transited from Leo/Aquarius to Cancer/Capricorn,”
he said.
He further explained,
“This combination with Saturn in Sagittarius, Jupiter in Libra and Rahu in Cancer is a great combination for charity, understanding true purpose of life. It brings people and organizations to work towards a greater purpose of humanity and realize the true essence of ‘One World, One Family’.”
During his oration laced with poetry, Sundeep Kochar also explained the audience the concepts of‘Karma’ and ‘Dharma’, and the relation between these two terms.“‘Karma’ refers to the universal principle of cause and effect, the principle of action and reaction, best expressed with the popular saying “As you sow, so shall you reap”. ‘Karma’ refers to the consequences that human beings create through their own actions,”
he said.
“‘Dharma’ is the power that runs the universe. It refers to duty, morality and virtue. When our ‘karma’ is in accordance with the divine law of ‘dharma’, we are in harmony with truth and move toward spiritual advancement. It is the balance of ‘karma’ and ‘dharma’ which guides the life,”
the renowned astrologer added.
