1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over it.

8. Cookies and Tracking
8.1 What we use
Essential cookies are necessary for the website to function. These cannot be disabled without affecting the site.
Analytics cookies — Google Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site: which pages are read, how people arrive, and where they leave. This is aggregated and used to improve the website.
Advertising and measurement — a Meta (Facebook) pixel is present on this website. It records that a visit occurred and may be used for advertising measurement and audience building on Meta platforms. Meta processes that data under its own privacy policy.
8.2 Your choices
You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies entirely, block third-party cookies only, or delete existing cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of this website from working.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and you can manage Meta's advertising preferences in your Meta account settings.
We do not use cookies to record anything about your consultation, your birth details or your photographs.
9. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access — ask what personal information we hold about you, and how it is being used
- Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
- Erasure — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligation we have to retain it
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing already carried out
- Nominate — nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us, and escalate it if you are not satisfied
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer (section 12). We will acknowledge your request within [7] working days and respond within [30] days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Children
This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 to book a consultation or transact with us.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Where a consultation concerns a person under 18 — for example a parent consulting about a child's education — the booking must be made by that child's parent or legal guardian, with their consent, and the parent or guardian must be present or participating.
If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
We do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.
11. Security, Transfers and Breaches
11.1 Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to consultation records, and use of established payment providers who handle card data.
No method of transmission or storage over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us financial account credentials, passwords, or identity documents unless we specifically ask.
11.2 International transfers
Some of our service providers — hosting, analytics, payment and messaging — process data on servers outside India. Where information is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
11.3 If something goes wrong
In the event of a personal data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law, and tell you what has happened and what we are doing about it.
